These terms govern use of the PLB Concierge website, Booking Grade, Content Board, Message Triage, and related forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Informational tools

The Booking Grade and generated recommendations are informational estimates based on submitted information and publicly available booking-page content. They are not accounting, legal, medical, financial, or guaranteed business advice. Scores, revenue-leak estimates, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be evaluated using your own records and judgment.

AI-generated output

Content and suggested replies may be generated with artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy, appropriateness, permissions, brand fit, and compliance before publishing or sending it. Do not submit confidential, medical, payment, or unlawfully obtained information.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, bypass usage limits, probe security, submit malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the tools for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful activity. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or others.

Communications

When you submit a form, you authorize us to respond using the contact information provided. Marketing emails include unsubscribe options. Text messages are sent only after express consent and may be stopped by replying STOP.

Intellectual property

The site design, PLB Concierge branding, proprietary scoring logic, and original site content belong to PLB Concierge or its licensors. You may use generated tool output for your own business, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific results, or that every third-party booking page can be scanned. To the extent permitted by law, PLB Concierge disclaims implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PLB Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website or tool use. Any direct liability relating to free website tools is limited to the amount you paid to use the applicable tool.

Changes

We may update these terms or the website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Paid service engagements may have separate written agreements that control over these website terms.
